Aquafit at Leisureland

Aquafit is an high energy aerobics class to music which takes place in the water. Classes are given by our energetic instructors from the pool deck and are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and for swimmers or non-swimmers. Good fun but also great for toning and shaping up. Aquafit is also great if you are recovering from injury as it allows you to strengthen your muscles without putting stress on vunerable joints. 

Classes are pay as you go so why not come along and try one out, you won't be disappointed.
